Join Charlotte for a fun, challenging, yet accessible Vinyasa class that weaves together a combination of yoga poses, strength training drills and movements specifically designed to raise the body’s heat and endurance.
Charlotte will lead you through a Vinyasa style class aimed at the midsection of your body – your core – this class will strengthen, stretch, align, and stabilize your spine and abdominals. You will move and feel from the centre of your body learning to engage the core more deeply and intentionally in all postures. You will then see how this work translates into stability throughout your practice – especially in arm balances.
By bringing your awareness to breath (Ujjayi) and bandhas,(internal locks) this class will cultivate strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and focus.
