Charlotte has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed her 200hr Vinyasa Flow TT in 2009 with US based company “Frog Lotus Yoga”. She then moved to Hong Kong the same year and has taught yoga full time ever since. While being in Hong Kong Charlotte has qualified in Pre-natal yoga, Kids Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki Levels 1 and 2 and also completed a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner training course.
But her most profound yoga training experience came from undertaking an Ashtanga Teacher Training intensive with David Swenson in 2013. This led Charlotte to find Ashtanga yoga as her main inspiration for a personal practice which can also be seen to influence her Vinyasa Flow classes.
Charlotte’s yoga style is a fun, strong, dynamic Vinyasa Flow, aiming to explore yoga poses that connect through attention to Ujjayi (breath), bandhas (internal locks) and drishti (gazing point). One of Charlotte’s specialities is her ability to meet students where they are and make yoga accessible to everyone.
