I made the decision to stop eating meat when I was 10yrs old. I’ve recently made the inevitable leap into becoming vegan. Which has forced me back into the kitchen.
I’ve always loved cooking, but now I have discovered a new passion and purpose with my cooking. Its challenging, interesting and I’m learning about real food and flavours.
